After years of quiet, this remarkable house has been brought back to life, reopening its doors to guests who wish to experience its unique charm. The building has undergone a meticulous restoration that honours its rich history, traditional construction techniques and noble materials, while seamlessly integrating contemporary architecture through an elegant and minimalist design. Our lounges, courtyards and gardens have been thoughtfully designed to offer inspiring indoor and outdoor spaces where you can relax, enjoy a meal, read, work or simply appreciate the beauty of the building's architecture.

The traditional interior courtyard, inspired by the island's historic architecture, has been reimagined with warm colours and natural textures. It's the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, read, work or simply unwind, accompanied by the soothing sound of a cascading water feature surrounded by lush native plants.

The outdoor garden invites you to soak up the sun, enjoy a meal or a refreshing drink while overlooking the neighbouring historic gardens, their century-old clay walls and abundant vegetation, home to countless butterflies.

You'll also find a cosy lounge with exposed timber beams and a traditional pitched roof, offering views over the landscaped rooftop and the historic rooftops of La Laguna.

Our dedicated coworking space is fully equipped with everything you need to work comfortably, including high-speed Wi-Fi, a lounge area and flexible spaces for private meetings or focused work. With direct access to the interior courtyard, you can easily combine productivity with the pleasure of working outdoors.

Our fully equipped shared kitchen is available for all guests to enjoy. Bright, contemporary and fitted with premium appliances, it overlooks the garden and opens directly onto the courtyards, making it the perfect place to prepare your own meals or simply relax while someone else cooks for you.

For longer stays, you'll have access to washing machines and dryers whenever you need them. If you prefer, we can also arrange a laundry service, allowing you to make the most of your time and enjoy a truly carefree stay.
